  2. We make this with tofu every couple of weeks. Kid approved and we all love it! I buy shredded carrots to cut down on prep time and do two eggs because my kids always want to eat that first. Thanks for this great recipe!

  3. I tried to make this once and my noodles never got tender. I soaked them forever and they were still hard and clumped together. What did i do wrong? Can you just boil them?
