You use ingredients that are easy to find at your local grocery store. And If you prep your veggies ahead of time, you can throw this together in 30 minutes for a quick weeknight meal!

I love to use tofu to keep it but you could use shrimp, chicken, pork, whatever you want to use up.

7 SP on Green, 6 SP on Blue, 2 SP on Purple. And only 250 calories!
