There’s no better way to ease into the weekend then having these Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins on the menu! Only 160 calories each and 5 SP ๐ŸŸข๐Ÿ”ต๐ŸŸฃ. That’s a far cry from the Starbuck’s original that is 15 SP and over 400 cals a serving! A special shoutout to authenticallysteph for suggesting I try to lighten up this recipe. I am forever grateful that these are now in my life!

Have you made these yet? If so, let us know how it went in the comments! I actually think they taste even better as they sit in the refrigerator, heated up for a few minutes in the oven or air fryer. Mine keep good for up to 5 days!

Serve with some fruit and yogurt. You’ve got yourself a super healthy yet indulgent tasting breakfast!

  2. I just made these and although they are good, I thought they were a bit dense. Not sure what I did wrong…

  4. Made them last week, very good i did not put the nuts..froze the balance. Keeper recipe.๐Ÿ™Œ

  5. Replace your baking powder and baking soda every six months. I date mine when I first open it and then after about six months I pour it down the sink drains, add a little table salt and rinse it down with water. It will scour your pipes and keep them smelling fresh and that way you never have to worry about the baking powder going bad. I replace the baking soda because it absorbs all the smells around it and can get a real nasty taste after a few months.

  6. Made these today and just pulled out of the oven. I made such a mess and my filling was everywhere! Finally just stirred it into the batter. Hoping they are still good!

  7. I made them and they were very tasty. Mine were dense also so I better replace my baking powder!

  8. @journeytoglow_with_ww we must make these together!!!๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค
