Thank you voraciousbooks for this by ayeshacurry 😍!! Flipping though as soon as I got it, what stood out to me most were the amazing seafood dishes! So I immediately made these sweet and spicy scallops. Forgive me Ayesha because you TOLD us in the book to ask for “dry” scallops and I was a fail!! 😫 I couldn’t get it to brown up but oh man, the sauce was amazing and it was still plate- licking good!!! Next time I will listen to ALL instructions!! ❤️
