Stuffing is my absolute favorite dish of the holidays, so you know I put a lot of love into this Sausage and Apple Stuffing recipe! The combination of buttery bread, warm spices, and savory sausage with a hint of sweetness from the apples is just divine!

To be honest, I make this throughout the year as a main dish on it’s own with just a side salad. I’ve evem used vegetarian sausage–you can’t tell a difference at all!
Since it’s my fav, I like a HUGE serving of stuffing. I calculate 1/8 of a 13×9 casserole as 🟢 5 SP and 🔵🟣 4 SP, or 300 cals. You can definitely cut that portion in half to make room for other sides, reducing those points by 2 on each plan and 150 cals.
