Don’t get me wrong–there’s no shame in a fast food sandwich now then. But these are easy to make in just around 30 minutes and are much more heart-healthly. Turn an occasional treat into a weekly menu staple!
The entire sandwich is 7 SP on Blue and Purple, or 10 SP on Green. 320 calories total, and only 1g of saturated fat.
