Oh hey there, Light Strawberry Ice Cream! A 92 calorie summer dessert recipe up for ya on the blog. Or, if you’re like me, eat it for breakfast because fruit and honey, right? An entire cup for 92 cals or 4 SP across all WW plans. Y’ALL!!!⁣

No dairy. No cane sugar. No weird chemicals or sugar subs. Just 5 wholesome ingredients!⁣

I never thought I’d own an ice cream maker. But then 2020 happened, so ya. I’ve made sooo many different ice cream recipes in the past few weeks that the ice cream maker has already paid for itself. And the best part is I’m eating whole foods along the way!

If you think homemade ice cream is labor intensive, let me just say that all you do is throw all of the ingredients into a food processor, then add straight to the ice cream maker. You don’t have to temper a custard or anything. Super simple!⁣
