Made this Southern Thai Style Fried Chicken for this week’s hosted by cookinglikeimeanit from Milk Street- The New Rules. The chicken was marinated in a spice mixture and the same spice mix was sprinkled at the end too. Gave it a lot of flavor. The sweet chili sauce was the perfect compliment to the spiced chicken- it’s a must, in my opinion! 💚
