Made this Chicken in Green Mole for this week’s hosted by cookinglikeimeanit from Milk Street: Fast and Slow which had recipes you can use in the instantpotofficial !!! I love my instant pot! It took me a long while to even take it out of the box but once I did, I’ve been a huge fan. The recipe called for bonesless skinless chicken thighs but I had a whole chicken in the fridge so I just broke that down and used it and it was really tasty. I served with corn tortillas and beans and rice for a delicious taco night! Can’t wait to explore this book more !💚
