Made these Venetian Cornmeal Cookies for the hosted by cookinglikeimeanit from Milk Street- Tuesday Nights. These were so good!!! Perfect balance of savory from the cornmeal and the sweetness from the soaked fruit (I subbed cranberries because I couldn’t find dried currants)! They were delicious and unfortunately gone before I could grab another one! 😱 It’s a keeper and was a wonderful fall transition cookie! ❤️
