Every time we buy an Android cell phone, by default the Gmail, the most used email application worldwide. In its 17 years of existence, the app continues to have different tools that many of us do not know; On this occasion, we will explain the steps to follow to activate the “Automatic Reminders”, a function that will help you not to forget an important message that you have to respond to.

People who use their daily Gmail or those who inadvertently register on different pages, often receive many emails, sometimes one can be very important and we must answer it; However, this message can be found lost among the large amount of Spam that we have stored in the inbox.

There is a function in the Gmail that will remind us of messages that we might consider important and that we have not yet answered. To activate it, we must enter our email account on an Android device, then go to the three horizontal stripes located in the upper left and enter “Settings” (symbol of a gear).

In this part, we will choose the account of Gmail to modify, then we have to enter “Automatic reminders”, within this section we will see two options: “Suggest Emails to respond to” and “Suggest Emails to follow up on”.

In the case of the first, Google will place an unanswered email that we consider relevant at the beginning of the inbox, such as: a message containing a query. Immediately, you will notify us if we wish to reply to you regardless of the date it was sent.

In the second option, it is the opposite, the important emails that we have sent and that have not been answered will appear at the beginning of the tray, for example: if we have asked someone a question.
