Just a friendly reminder to add these Skinny Queso Dip ingredients to your grocery list in time for Super Bowl! I don’t need to convince you that queso is delicious, but you SHOULD know that 1/4 cup of this version is only 2 SP and under 100 calories.

I’m actually pretracking that I’ll eat 1/2 cup of this queso on Sunday. That amount would normally make me feel like crap, but with these healthier ingredients, I know I’ll be fine. And only 4 SP for all of that!

We use the leftovers in so many ways, too (not that I think you’ll have leftovers ๐Ÿ˜‚). Drizzled over nachos, stuffed baked potatoes, loaded cheese fries, steamed veggies, etc.

  2. Made this last night and it was fantastic!!!! We use Ripple unsweetened…this was absolutely my kidsโ€™ fave. Thank you! So much flavor. Added a lot of jalapeรฑos. Delicious!
