It’s officially tamales season!! Every Christmas Eve, we go to Jeff’s cousins house and have a huge tamales party with his Aunt Yoli’s rice and pork beans. For obvious reasons, that can’t happen this year. So why not experiment with Healthy Chicken Tamales at home? These turned out soooooo good!

WW math is weird, so here’s the breakdown on all plans:

3 tamales for 8 SP!!!! Come on! These are definitely a labor of love but are so worth it. You could make a double batch and freeze them for easy dinners. I include directions for all of that on the blog.
