It had been a while since I made Creamy Mushroom Parmesan Chicken. Why did I ever forget about this beauty?? It tastes like something you’d get in a fancy restaurant but it’s soooo easy!

A lot of you have been cooking it up lately, so I put it on my menu last weekend as my restart meal after the holiday. If a restart meal can taste and look like THIS, then you know you’re doing something right. We loved it so much that it went back on the menu for tonight!

If you don’t like mushrooms, you could use a large onion instead. I’ve also seen people use asparagus or green beans, and they loved it! You could really sub whatever you want because what really matters here is that creamy parmesan sauce. 🤤
