I’m often asked for my favorite recipe on the blog. How dare you make me choose! πŸ˜‰ I still go back to this Lighter Chicken Masala. It took me years to perfect it, so that might be why. Most recipes come pretty easily to me, but I just couldn’t get this one perfect. ⁣
⁣
I’m of the mind that I’d rather splurge on the real thing in a restaraunt than eat a medicore lighter version at home. This recipe is honestly JUST as good as Indian takeout. And it makes a lot, so you’ll save money with leftovers throughout the week. ⁣
⁣
Pair this with some traderjoes Garlic Naan and their frozen jasmine rice to make your life easier. And Indian feast at home for just around 10-12 SP!⁣
⁣
You get a huge 1 1/2 cup serving of the curry for 4 SP on Purple and Blue, or 7 SP on Green. You can’t beat that!⁣

Recipe link in bio –> litecravings, or google “lite cravings tikka masala.”
