I’m menu planning for the first time in over a month, and I’m getting super excited for this weekend/next week! I forgot how much having a plan helps out. ⁣

I’ll grocery shop tomorrow, then meal prep all of my lunches for the week on Sunday. Lunches will be these Halal Cart Chicken Bowls. I’m sooooo looking forward to these! They are bursting with flavor and full of super healthy ingredients. I’m going to use all mayo for the white sauce to keep it dairy free, since I’ve had to limit dairy to help with my inflammation. That only increases the points by 1 SP!⁣

The recipe is simple, though it takes a bit of prep. The result is like a burrito bowl, but full of Middle Eastern flavors. Even if you’ve never had New York street cart food or Halal Guys, you have to give this a try. It’s a huge punch of flavor in every bite!⁣

  6. Made this bowl this week and loved it! It makes lots of servings so we were able to have it for supper and then I ate I for lunch for 3 days too. I am definitely going to make it again. So much flavor and fits into my Blue plan like a charm.

  11. I made this and I’m so excited to have it for dinner tonight! Do you ever provide the point breakdown on something such as this? If I want to put the sauce on different chicken or just the sauce and chicken, no rice, I don’t know how many points.
