If you’re stuck in a chicken breast rut, these Greek Chicken Thighs are your new MVP!

Of course, I usually pick chicken breasts for my recipes because they are lower points/cals/fat. But I’ve been experimenting with thighs again lately and am realizing how much more flavor and richness there is in that meat. I’m actually tempted to eat less in one sitting because of the flavor/richness punch.

And this marinade is just a next-level flavor bomb in your mouth. Topped with real feta?? Get outta here. Pair with some pilaf and salad. Who needs a Greek takeout plate?

5 SP for the chicken/feta combo on all plans. 175 cals. This is honestly fantastic with just about any protein–salmon, shrimp, steak, chicken breasts…
