I hadn’t made Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta in sooo long. Why don’t I make this every week?? It takes 30 minutes to cook and is packed full of flavor. The brightness of the lemon and garlic cuts through the richness the butter and shrimp. Top with some red pepper flakes and your taste buds will do a little dance.
I love asparagus in this, but I’ve made it with spinach or zucchini instead. Just as delicious. I’ve also made this for guests, so it’s definitely impressive but SO EASY.
A 1 1/2 cup portion is 8 SP on Green, 7 SP on Blue, and 3 SP on Purple. 380 calories for that big ol’ serving!
