I had to share one more summer recipe with you all before I start testing out fall recipes. Healthy Shrimp Scampi Pasta is actually a recipe I’ve been making for years. I’m not sure why I haven’t posted it until now! I make it at least once a month. ⁣

If you don’t like shrimp, use any other seafood, really. Or just use chicken breast. The flavors are all about the buttery lemon and wine combo, so any mild-flavored protein will do. ⁣

It’s a 30-minute dish that tastes fancy, but I bet you already have the ingredients on hand. Simple but packed with flavor, which is really my motto!⁣

Here is what is on my lineup for fall recipes so far: Skinny Apple Cider in the slow cooker, Apple Cider Donuts, Stuffing-Topped Chicken (update of a very old recipe), Butternut Squash Soup, Chicken Pot Pie. Any other suggestions?? ⁣
