I had a lot of requests in my stories last night for a Fettuccine Alfredo recipe. The good news? I already have a Skinny Alfredo Sauce recipe on my blog! It’s super easy to make, lasts in the fridge all week, and will only set you back 2 SP for 1/4 cup!

Of course, you can make any kind of pasta alfredo with this, but I also love it as a pizza sauce or to drizzle over veggies. It’s great as a sub for canned soups in casseroles, too. Sometimes, I’ll add a little tomato sauce to make it a rose sauce. So many options!

Recipe link in bio –>litecravings, or google “lite cravings skinny alfredo” and it will pop right up!

  1. This is by far the BEST light alfredo recipe I’ve tried. It actually has that restaurant alfredo flavor..but one question, when I whisk in the corn starch it doesn’t melt into the sauce and sometimes there are little lumps of cornstarch in the sauce. Any suggestions on how to fix that issue?

  2. I made it last week and it was SO good. Best homemade Alfredo I’ve ever had, and such a bonus that it’s low points. Thank you!

  3. Geri could I sub half and half for the light cream cheese? I know it may make it a little more runny but can i thicken it with a tsp more of cornstarch?

  4. Since finding your recipe last year when you shared it, I have not bought jarred alfredo or have made any other kind. It’s our go to. So quick & easy with items always in the fridge. SO GOOD!

  5. What is the best brand of parmesan to use? I know the recipe says to use grated in the refrigerated section but I wanted to know what brand everybody has had success with. I have had a few brands that were rubbery and awful…I’m talking about you 4C. Lol
