Healthy Pad Thai. The 2nd most popular recipe on my blog so far this year!⁣

I’ve been getting a lot of DMs about this one lately. The recipe link is in my bio now if you can’t find it otherwise –> litecravings, but you can also find it by googling “lite cravings pad thai.”⁣

Even when we do get takeout Thai, I never order Pad Thai anymore. This is just too good and sooooo much healthier. One of these days I’ll figure out Pad See Ew and Panang Curry (my other Thai favs), and then I’ll completely ruin Thai takeout for myself. 😂⁣

It takes a little extra time to prep your veggies and protein. Just do that the day before for a quick weeknight meal! But it really does get easier and easier to make this the more you do it. ⁣
