Have you tried this lighter Louisiana Chicken Pasta yet? Jeff said it’s the best thing I’ve ever made! It’s my version of the Cheesecake Factory favorite but with 2/3 of the calories and fat. 😯 It’s basically cajun alfredo pasta with chicken cutlets. I mean, what’s not to love?⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I like to make mine in one pot because I hate doing dishes, but you could cook the chicken and pasta in separate pots to save some time. It’s honestly a pretty easy recipe considering what a show stopper it is!
⁣⁣
And get this: each serving is only 450 calories!! For alfredo pasta AND “fried” chicken! 10 SP on Green, 8 SP on Blue, and 4 SP on Purple.⁣⁣

📷 cred here goes to hipshrinker. Mandy is so sweet and supportive. Give her a follow if you haven’t already. ⁣

  1. WHAAAAAAT???!!! This is literally my FAVORITE meal. I’ve made a copy cat version of it before but never lightened up! Im gonna have to try this!

  2. I made this for dinner tonight and it’s all gone!! So good! The chicken is perfect, and the pasta rich and decadent. It took a bit of time and prep, but my 2 year old loves to “scoop Mom” and help cook so we did this together, thanks for another great recipe! This will be on repeat in our home.

  3. My boys said it’s the best pasta they’ve ever had, and my husband said this is the type of thing you order at a nice restaurant. A TOTAL hit!!! Thank you!

  4. So I’ve never been to the Cheesecake Factory, but this was ab-so-lute-ly delicious!! My husband even admitted that my chicken was better than his, lol! It was juicy and crispy. Thanks for sharing such great recipes!

  5. Just wanted to stop by to say THANK YOU for creating delicious meals that are healthy and filling. This is one of my favorites along with the meatloaf. I haven’t made a recipe from your blog that I didn’t like.
