Fluffly Whole Wheat Pancakes. A super comforting Sunday breakfast AND meal prep all in one!⁣

I like that these have only 65 cals and 1 gram of sugar per pancake, yet 3 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber. So this stack of 3 has similar macros to a protein shake without the strange chemicals!

4 SP for 3 pancakes on Purple/Blue, 5 SP for 3 on Green (points per pancake are in the recipe card). ⁣

I added 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice to the batter. Delicious! Fun fact: I actually don’t care for the taste of pumpkin. I sacrifice my taste buds for you all 😂. BUT, I do love pumpkin pie spice. ⁣

These pancakes are free of added sugar, so if you like a super sweet pancake, you can add a tablespoon of sugar to the mix. I like the subtle sweetness that applesauce adds to the batter. Then I drizzle the pancakes with real maple syrup. 🤤⁣

What’s the meal prep part of this? I made a double batch. Jeff and I ate our share this morning. Now, I’m laying the rest on a cookie sheet. Putting them in the freezer for about an hour to freeze individually. Then I’ll throw all of them into a freezer bag. Throughout the week, I can grab one at a time and put them in my toaster. Who needs Eggos?? ⁣

    If I want to freeze these and then warm them up and I have added blueberries, do you think I can put them in the toaster?
