So torn on this because I loved the love interest, Jake SOOOO much but really couldn’t stand our main girl, Leila! The whole time I felt like she didn’t deserve Jake so I wanted to keep them apart! It was a fun read in that sense because I had such strong feelings about it but alas, while Leila did have some growth, she did not win me over. I did love the idea of the charm bracelet and the meaning behind life’s milestones. If you enjoy books where you see chracters grow up with time, this one might be a good one for you. Most of thechicklitbookclub members really enjoyed this one ! Missed the author chat but it was a fun one to read together with all of the theories early on! 💙

It was fun reading this one with you. Leila was hard.
Great honest review

Totally agree!
People were really spot on with their theories!
Great review, Caroline! Sorry you didn’t love it.
I always enjoy the quotes you select.
Thanks for your honest review & great visual @readtotheend (tea solves most things!) 🙌🏼 I agree Jake is much easier to love than Leila – her development is more of a slow burn 📖 Pleased that you had such strong feelings about Jake & enjoyed the story elements, even if Leila wasn’t for you! 😊
Jake was amazing!
Nice review and love the cup here!💕
Jake was soo good! And I loved the idea of charms
