Cooked along with hosted by cookinglikeimeanit with this Spicy Beef Salad with Mint and Cilantro (Larb Neua) from Milk Street- The New Rules. It tasted authentic and had a lot of bold, bright colors but for some reason the meat didn’t seem to really soak in those flavors much, even after sitting for 20 min or so. Maybe quickly cooking it in the sauce may have yielded what I was looking for? Maybe today’s leftovers will also help. In general , the family liked it !❤️
