Cooked along with hosted by cookinglikeimeanit with these peanut sesame noodles from Milk Street- Tuesday Nights. It was quick and tasty but I used the wrong noodles! Once I was home I realized the recipe actually called for udon noodles but I used soba, which is what I typically use for peanut noodles. It turned out fine but I made it when my daughter was out for the evening because she’s allergic to nuts ! 😱 💛
