Cooked along with hosted by cookinglikeimeanit with these Greens with Walnuts, Parmesan and Pancetta Vinaigrette from Milk Street- Tuesday Nights. You can see my salad is softened from the warm vinaigrette and it was a way to soften the greens. I didn’t have shaved Parmesan so I used shredded so you don’t see the gorgeous shaved slices but the taste was still there. I think I would’ve liked a touch of sweetness to this- maybe some honey . It reminded me of a warm dressing I loved from Portillo’s in Chicago but theirs was sweet so I kept expecting a sweetness to this dressing .. next time! 💚
