Chipotle Lime Shrimp. My most pinned recipe on Pinterest, though I rarely see anyone making it on IG. Thought it was time for a shoutout to my IG fam! ⁣

If you love spice and quick cooking, this is the recipe for you! Swap chicken instead of shrimp if you’d like. I love how the sweetness of the shrimp pairs with chipotle and lime flavors. And those two teaspoons of brown sugar or honey really add so much depth of flavor, too!⁣

No worries if you’re sensitive to spice. You can take the seeds out of the chipotle peppers, or use less chipotle. Read my blog notes for what to do with the leftovers from the can. I love that hack! ⁣

This cooks up in under 15 minutes. Pair with my Simple Roce Pilaf and steamed veggies, or just microwave some frozen rice. OR use this recipe for tacos! ⁣

1 SP per serving on both Purple and Blue, or 3 SP on Green. Just about 200 cals ler serving, too!⁣

Recipe link in bio –> litecravings, or google “lite cravings chipotle shrimp.” 🙂

  2. We’re doing it tomorrow but grill style! I usually immersion blender the sauce and paint it on several times 👌 I live for adobo!

  3. Yes!! I made these last week. Only I swapped the canned peppers for sliced jalapeños from the garden and I marinated the shrimp in the sauce. I grilled them (ok hubby grilled them) along with sliced limes and lemons. Was to die for. I love citrus slices on the grill.
