This is my take on protein mixes like Kodiak Cakes, but now *you* are in control of the ingredients. Want to make it Easy. Want to use a plant-based protein? No problem. Want extra fiber from all whole wheat? You’ve got it!
This mix is also more cost-effective in the long run. Buy protein powder in bulk and you’ll be able to make this mix for months, spending just pennies every time!
The stats on these babies are the same as most protein mixes. 1/3 cup dry mix + water makes 2 pancakes for 3 SP and is 120 cals. 1/2 cup is 5 SP, etc. I break it all down for you in my blog post.
