Apple Pie Turnovers! 3 SP each across all plans and just over 100 calories each….

Apple Pie Turnovers! 3 SP each across all plans and just over 100 calories each. My favorite recipe from last fall! ⁣

The secret ingredient is phyllo dough. You fold one sheet into layers to mimic a buttery, flaky pastry crust. It’s easy to create individual apple pies that taste so indulgent!⁣

These reheat really well in the air fryer, too. I make a batch, refrigerate, then pop one in to reheat for a few minutes. You could also do that in a regular oven. It’s a great breakfast on the go. Or top one with some butter pecan ice cream for a luxurious dessert. ⁣

In the blog post, I show you a step-by-step process for how to fold them, along with a YouTube video of me doing it. Remember when I started a YouTube channel last year and then only posted like 3 videos? 😂 ⁣

  1. we just went apple picking today!! what perfect timing for the many apples my kids and I picked!!

  2. These are insanely delicious, they freeze beautifully (uncooked), and cook like a dream in an air fryer. 😍

  3. Oh yes!! Thanks for the reminder! I made these only one time and it happened to be for a potluck. They were gone before the other desserts!😋😋😋

  4. Wow, I accidentally bought phyllo dough instead of puff pastry a while ago, and have been waiting to figure something out to do with it!
