HMD Global announces the arrival of the Nokia 2720 V Flip feature phone. After launching less than two years ago in some international markets, the phone is coming to the US in the form of a variant of the Verizon brand marketed to its older customers. The 2720 V Flip will support Verizon’s LTE network, HD calling, and the phone runs Kai OS.
Kai OS enables the 2720 V Flip to feature smartphone features such as Google Assistant, Google Maps, messaging, and social apps that can be downloaded from the Kai App Catalog.
Nokia announces 2720 V Flip for Verizon with LTE and Google Assistant The international version of the Nokia 2720 Flip has a 1,500 mAh battery, 4 GB of storage, 512 MB of RAM and is powered by the Snapdragon 205 chipset.
The feature phone has large alphanumeric keys, menu / call keys, and directional keypad. The outer display of the phone has a 1.3-inch screen for caller ID and notifications. The internal display is a larger 2.8-inch screen. It has a single 2MP main camera with LED flash. The 2720 V Flip will retail for $ 79 when it is available from Verizon on May 20.
