2 great dishes to share so bear with me! I couldn’t do this week’s butter chicken for the hosted by cookinglikeimeanit because it had a ton of cashew in it and my daughter is allergic SO… I’m sharing a past dish in the first photo – Indian Spiced Beef and Peas from Milk Street- Tuesday Nights! Really authentic flavors and made a ton!! The yogurt is a must – gives a great creaminess to the dish. The second photo is Butter Chicken Bowties (clearly I substituted fusilli🤣) from The Step-By-Step Instant Pot Cookbook by pressureluckcooking because I wanted in on some action and voraciousbooks sent me this awesome cookbook that had another butter chicken recipe!! 🤯 it was a fun to cook both dishes! The pasta was so easy, convenient and unique !!! 🧡

  2. Yum! I love how pasta dishes turn out in the instant pot, so easy and fast! I’ve tried a butter chicken recipe before and my goodness that sauce was sooo good, I would put it on anything.
